While its probably not one of our top 3 restaurants in our within 30 minutes drive from Basel , it still gets high marks for: being open on a Sunday night, and letting you in for dinner even if you walk in at 945pm without a reservation being very friendly to non French speakers...the owner speaks very good English and will personally come over to explain everything, and the rest of the staff are equally friendly and patiently tolerant of my very limited French having an extensive and generally solid menu...we 've tried fish, steak, chicken and the veal cordon bleau...all well executed...have not yet t...
Extrèment disappointed with this restaurant. 1:15 after our order, we were only at the entrance. After asking to disembark our table, the manager, we tore on a shameful tone, that we had actually not finished our entrance (our covers were placed inside the seat to show that we had finished). But who are you taking for? Finally we see the boss go to the place and go blaming with his waitress who throws cold eyes all the rest of the meal. for the dish, the meat was more than mediocre, nerve tips everywhere (spetzle request that arrives when the dishes are finished). We've been there in six, and five of us are disappointed. elegant prices for dishes that are all very basic. one of us took some pork ribs (22 euros per dish), and not sure that there was the equivalent of 80 grams of meat. It was necessary to ask for fries, extra prices ... another took a tin, 23 e, full of fat. the tart to the goat to avoid, one of us felt bad after ... as to the friendliness of the owners ... one wonders whether they should not change activity, to believe that the customers bored them ... in short, to avoid, there are so many other good restaurants in the area, with a welcoming and benevolent team!!
We stumbled on this restaurant by chance 3 months ago and we have returned several times. Jerry, the owner is a fantastic host very pleasant and friendly. And he speaks good English. Food has never been a disappointment each visit and the ambiance in the restaurant is lovely. The summer terrace is beautiful and private. My family loves this place.

Had a wonderful Sunday with friends and family tasting the mussels and fries (moules frite) at this place. The waiter was amazing and very friendly and spoke great English. The food was delicious and the wine went perfectly with our order. Great service with great food. What else can we ask? We recommend 100% ! Thank you !
we went there several times and each time a feast for taste buds has very correct prices - excellent whether it be the mid-cook of tuna or the butts to the queen or even the salads. everything is good - the terrace is very pleasant and we are very well recused. It was a lacking job.
We're going to two. warm welcome, the restaurant is very welcoming. We took the kidneys and a pantyhose. Just a delight. Not to mention the dessert that was just a treat. I really recommend this restaurant. And we'll go back.
Good atmosphere on a Friday night. Not cheap but quality of food and overall experience were good. Suitable for families with young children, there's plenty of space between tables.

We went with family. The place is very pleasant, especially the terrace. impeccable service and very friendly staff. We'll be back there with great pleasure.
