Minuscule bistro agencé de maniere très simple. La carte est petite aussi Nous sommes immédiatement avertis que la carafe d'eau paie. On n'avait que du vin. Tout changement dans un plat est impossible, très peu de flexibilité. J'ai goûté des gnocchis dont la sauce ressemble à celle de la croûte qui est servie à l'entrée. C'était bien, mais rien d'extraordinaire. La portion était vraiment trop petite. Mon mari a pris un bon Burger. Enfin, le restaurant a abandonné le meilleur café au niveau local (la Semeuse) Dommage. Dessert ok. Bref, un peu déçu par la visite et le manque de flexibilité.

Nice discovery with the gourmet passport... The exterior does not make you want to. But once inside, the reception is very professional. The boss is very dynamic. Not a lot of space but calm and pleasant atmosphere. The map is small which is a good sign. All products are local. The kitchen is neat, we eat very well. I recommend and I will return. You've got to say hello to the boss' kindness. very friendly, welcoming, warm. and my husband is a specialist in tartars, he has tested many restaurants in the Chaux-de-Fonds, this one is by far the one who does the best! everything is prepared in front of the customer, everything is fresh and adapted to tastes, really perfect! rösti are also excellent! I strongly recommend this place.

Nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois et nous le recommandons fortement. L'accueil et le service du patron sont chaleureux et de qualité. Quand au patron, il vous cuisinera des plats aussi beaux que des produits frais et saisonniers.

Dans la plus grande tradition des restaurants de la région, j'ai trouvé dans ce petit endroit une excellente cuisine. Très bien.
