Restaurant du Hameau

It was kinda by accident that we ended up here, it was because "the other restaurant" was fully booked (that restaurant was almost empty at 12.30, but fully booked). Anyway I didn't felt welcomed there.Better off because we discovered this lovely little place that is super cute, the staff was nice and they serve good portion of food. I admit that is nothing gastronomic, is just "familiale" something a french grandma would make. It is just perfect that way.There were ducks under the table, my cousin came from Hong Kong had great fun with them. Please do save some place for the strawberry tart with chantilly cream, we confirm it is the best of the world :D yum!!

We ate at le Hameau after visiting the Chantilly chateau. We went for a prix fixe that included 4 courses. We started with an amazing foie gras, then went on and had a duck leg for the main, cheese and then strawberries and Chantilly cream for dessert. The lunch experience was memorable. The service was good, a bit slow sometimes, but decent enough. Do try to eat there if you visit the chateau

Amazing place with friendly staff. La creme is a must try. As well the duck was melting your finest senses... Lunch in the garden with beautiful atmosphere around is very peaceful and enjoyable.

We had rasberries and ginger cake topped with creme chantilly it was unbelievable, delicious. The place is lovely. A little pricey but worth it.

The food and service here was unexpectedly good. One of the best meals we have had in Paris. A bonus for visiting Chantilly Chateau.
