Restaurant du Port Rolle VD Switzerland has been known in the area as serving the best Fish-filets together with locally grown wine. I have gone there several times and each time the experience is 10 out of 10. The fish is prepared in butter and the filet pieces are curled, served with very thin french fries. Two servings are standard. I have made reservations the day prior to having lunch there, and exactly those reservations are required. We had a table outside, with very warm sunny weather at the end of the second week of september 2022. A family friendly restaurant with good service and average food. My wife and I went for a Saturday lunch with our two small children (a 2 year old and a 4 year old). The staff is super friendly and came over with a high chair for our 2 year old right away. They also gave us some paper and pens to keep the kids occupied, while we waited for our lunch. We ordered a couple of dishes for children, which came very fast. My wife and I ordered the dish of the day, which was a small portion of fish with lots of French fries. OK but not outstanding.
A beautiful place to visit in hot weather. The small train for children is cool, the ice cream is delicious gelato, the playground is great, and the view is stunning.
Great food, Filets de perche meuniere (with butter) were tender as desired. Friendly service, beautiful view of the lake and port of the terrace. Very recommended!

This restaurant has always been excellent especially if you can eat on the terrass. However it is a bit expensive.
This is a very comfortable restaurant with a wide choice of food and an attentive service. Good location.
