This restaurant has 1 Michelin star. You see that immediately back in the prices. Good menu with several courses. Correct but a bit stiff service, and a lovely seating in the garden. The quality of the food is very good, nothing so say about this. Only the deserts were disappointing. The abricot desert was just boring. 20 Euro's for a glass of champagne as apero feels a bit wrong. Also the wine list, very good, but too expensive. Our visit here was the high point of a perfect day in early June. A harbinger of the superb service was that the maitre d' advised us exactly where to sit in the beautiful courtyard to avoid the sun. We went for the full menu and were not disappointed. The food was innovative and delicious, the wine idea. We could go on, but the photos posted below tell the story.This was a truly memorable experience. We look forward to Michelin stars in due course.We note that some other reviews complain about the price. It is true that it is not inexpensive. It is also true that you get what you pay for.
When I read about the new concept/restaurant we immediately made a booking for the ADN restaurant. When we arrived the concept was explained and we chose the full experience. We ordered a nice bottle of wine and then the first dishes were brought to the...table.. Later we received another couple of dishes and after that some small dessert dishes. Everything was very delicious and presented very nice. The staff was very professional and friendly. For us this restaurant is more expensive than where we usually eat but it was definitely worth splashing out for!!

When we were 19. Celebrating our daughter's birthday, we took the festive menu with 10 signature dishes. We were surprised and enthusiastic about every dish, through its unique combination of blends and ingredients and through its wonderful presentation. We enjoyed the creativity and innovation of both... chefs and warm and welcoming atmosphere of the entire team. I couldn't say what we expected more. We made a reservation on the terrasse one month in advance. We were really looking forward to visit this famous place and planned our weekend in Saint-Remy. The restaurant reconfirmed the booking a day before, but a few hours prior the dinner we got a...call informing our reservation was cancelled due to weather conditions (short rain). Thank you for our lost weekend!
We came to this majestic place again after pandemic saga. It was really worth a trip of 2,5 hours drive. Everywhere you look you see a caring hand of the owners and it pays off. The food, the wine, the presentation is top notch. This...is at example to the other owners how things should be done. Real pleasure to visit and can’t wait to be back

This place is seriously overpriced - 32 Euros for 2 glasses of wine...even more expensive than the best wine in the region - Chateauneuf-du-Pape. And wine list doesn't include best wine from Provence. Stay away!
Welcoming staff and an unusual and delicious menu. Very good wine flight to accompany with a relaxing comfortable setting in their courtyard.
