Restaurant Festungslounge Steakhouse Weinbar

Were there about 4 weeks ago with friends. Service was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, my burger came too late to the table so my companions were almost ready to eat when I started. I didn't like that, too, that the table was cleaned up while I was still eating. The prices are high, as I expect not only high quality meat. The food was really delicious.

We were absolutely annoyed and let ourselves be deceived by the good-looking Spanferkel on the skewer at the fortress. Unfortunately, we only got fat and rind from the squirrel and the potato salad wasn't even made. The whole thing was cold and simply not worth the money. The staff worked arrogant and had no bock. Once and never again.

The boys make a great meal, but the service is not really good. It is not asked if you want anything else. Too bad. I'd come back for dinner, but not at the service. You have the feeling that they don't want to be happy and don't want to sell anything. Very bad.

We had a la-la appetizer cellar that was handed down in the taste scale only by the four pasta dishes. I'd rather get a can of ravioli and sit on a parking bench. Too bad, this restaurant visit a Saturday night has no worth remembering.

A day in Germersheim as a stopover and had only a short time. But this one has been so rewarded. Great eating in a really cool atmosphere. It deserves 5 stars. Thank you.
