Restaurant Fischbacker

we were there about 10 years ago and remembered the fried fish and the homemade potato salad as very tasty. This time it was no longer so good, the potato salad came out of the refrigerator, making it tasted less aromatic, but the fish was freshly prepared and tasted good. Before we started ordering, I asked for a glass of water, because it was very hot and we had run quite a lot, I was told that I could only have bottled water, which I didn't want because I wanted a beer with my fish, the young waiter had no desire to bring me a glass of water. I found it rude.

This is a local fish restaurant and we wanted to try the German version of fish'n chips. In my case, I had the baked fish from gold bark fillet. Backfish has a crispy outer coating of batter (it is deep fried) and the fish itself was moist, very pleasant and tasty as fresh fish should. Two varieties of potato salad were offered as a side. Either with traditional oil and vinegar or with Mayonaise. I chose the oil and vinegar varieties and it was good, although I personally prefer to be a little more on the acid side.

very nice staff, friendly and helpful. eating is very tasty, it is always freshly prepared. children x are also welcome there is an additional entrance for wheelchairs or people who have problems with platforms.

The food is very delicious and you can sit there well. It was often and it was always great. It's a bit loud in the restaurant, but it can be stopped. I recommend the restaurant. Reserva una mesa ahora

A very nice and simple ambience. Very delicious food. One of the few locals that belong to Minden simply. Hopefully it's still a long time!

Very delicious fish restaurant on two levels. Small but fine menu of sea salmon, gold bark fillet and cable scrap in beer tig via Fish
