I got to this restaurant by the chair lift and what a spectacular place it is.If you can get seats outside at the fence overlooking the Rhine then you'll find the view breathtaking (assuming the weather is ok).The eating area was well presented and clean.It was busy when I attended, but we were served relatively quickly considering the number of people there.The service wasn't generally that good, it felt rushed, the waitress giving the impression she was keen to serve elsewhere, they could probably have done with more waiting staff.The menu is limited but reasonable.That said the food was hot and well presented and tasted fantastic.I thought the food was very reasonably priced but the drink...

I have no clue what the food is like here because nobody showed up to clear the table from the previous occupants' detritus or to take our order. Obviously two waiters are not enough to service a large beer garden with a perfect view on a sunny July day. We would have loved to try their plum cake.Eventually the guests who had previously occupied the table came back and paid their bill, but the waitress did not clear the table or take our order. At this point, we did not care any more.We enjoyed the great view of the river and the parasailers that jumped from the steep meadow in front of the beer garden.

We ate lunch here over looking the Rhine, and what a lovely spot this is for lunch and a glass of wine, we had the goulash soup and the pea and sausage soup, and what a bowl of soup they were, the bowls were huge and full with a thick hearty soup and a good chunk of bread to go with it, excellent and very tasty and filling.

After taking the Sessellift, we walked here. We got a coke out of the case and thought we would sit down on one of the many unoccupied tables. We were shooed away and told we needed to order something in order to sit down. We continued on the the Vierseenblick - didn't eat there, but we got a [picture of the '4 lakes' Reserva una mesa ahora

It was a bit tricky to find the route to drive up, but we did, the view is definitely one of a kind! Staffs were friendly and they served yummy schnitzel! Hot chocolate wasn't anything spectacular but the coffee was alright, will visit again for sure!

Rode the gondola up for the view. The curve in the Rhine River called for a couple cold beers and some fries. Didn't have a meal here, but the beer and fries were terrific! And what a relaxing site.

Drive, walk or take the chair lifts up. The restaurant offers a gorgeous view of the bend in the Rhine and the town of Boppart. The Hungarian style goulash is very rustic and delicious!

Stopped here to have a beer and enjoy the view. Park like setting outside where the tables are. A little expensive, but the experience and view was worth it. Reserva una mesa ahora

Horribly expensive compared to other restaurants in Boppard, but they do t have the fantastic views. The service was good and the soups were delicious.

Excellent pea soup with frankfurters awaits you after the slightly hair raising chairlift. The view from the top was worth it.
