Restaurant Golf De Montpensier

We had booked for 3 weeks for my mom's 70th birthday for 7May 2023 during the reservation we were asked if we would have a cake, and if we took a special menu for us no cake and a card to leave book choice to all. On May 7th we arrived for 12:30 Nothing was pret table not bet and a golf contest was organizing this day during reservation no one told us about this contest of course! We waited 20 minutes for us to set up our table for 12, in the middle of all these golfers who drink a shot while waiting to resume their competition. We set up a table command the apero and a friendly waitress gives us the meal of the day salad cesar , lasagne we annoncons that we had reserve and that we had asked...

Reservation made 3 weeks before with request to choose from the map everything was OK....On the day J we arrive the table was not put, a golf competition in progress (unpreceded), with all golfers in the room and to finish a choice not possible to the card because day of competition, it is mandatory competition menu so bologna pate. Leave without eating and how to say that finding a restaurant has 12 simple steps....Very disappointed does not recommend even if the waitress has been understanding of our departure.

A very nice discovery 10 minutes from Vichy. Within the golf of Montensier where the reception is top we found a very good restaurant. The map is classic but excellent, nicely prepared (you can choose the accompaniment desserts are very good, the service with the smile makes good and reasonable prices. Only happiness in a day of training. The terrace is very pretty and quiet in the countryside.

Nous ne sommes jamais déçu quand nous revenons sur ce parcours au niveau du restaurant qui sait proposer une cuisine de bistrot bonne et copieuse, idéal pour un golfeur. I recommend the place closed eyes! From reception to service the staff is very pleasant and smiling. The lunch was excellent, very nice atmosphere, and the coffee on the sunny terrace perfectly exposed to watch the players is a plus. I'll be back without hesitation!

Le golf de Montpensier a fait peau neuve il y a quelques années avec un nouveau club House de style moderne. Une bonne cuisine sympathique, simple mais fait maison, une ambiance de club animée en général, une salle lumineuse avec des vues sur le départ du golf.

A green and relaxing environment. Very affordable menu and quality food. Sociological study very interesting at the level of golf regulars. A very good moment of relaxation.
