Once you passed the front door of the Restaurant, you are welcomed in the hidden culinary and gastronomic world of Ali and his team. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The menu is marked on a big chalk board and presented with expert knowledge...and lively explanations of every plate. The scallops with truffle and quinoa is a real pleasure as starter, accompanied by a glass of white wine of the month. (delicious) As main dish I had the deer filet and my wife the goos-leg, both extremely good prepared, the cuisson was perfect. After diner, we finished our fantastic Rioja from and as dessert a asked for some Vanilla ice-cream (which wasn't on the menu), accompanied by a Limoncello....
Mi esposa y yo tuvimos un cursos de cena muy pausados en horas. El menú se crea diariamente y se lleva a cabo en una pizarra de mesa a otra. Domingo por la noche y nuestro servidor fue el barman y sirvió a todo el restaurante. Inicialmente, ... disfrutamos el tiempo entre los cursos para hablar, pero después del plato principal no pudimos comer otro bocado. Después de unos minutos, tuve que ir a encontrar nuestro servidor para pagar el cheque. Mi esposa tenía una gallina de Guinea llena de trufas y servía con algunas verduras increíbles.
