Restaurant Guy Savoy - Caesars Palace

We went to this restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The food was good, but some of the side dishes were a bit unconventional. My husband ordered the "wild birds" dish, which was filling but not served hot enough. I ordered the turbot, which was decent but dry and also not served hot enough. We have dined at many upscale restaurants before, and this one did not impress us.
