Everything front of house and cooking is done by a husband and wife team and they are clearly overreaching themselves with the number of tables they have. We had booked and it didn't seem particularly busy but we had a number of issues: incomplete drinks order, starters and mains all brought out at once, wine left on the table but not opened, missing starters, not enough cutlery and crockery. These things can happen in restaurants and are OK if isolated incidents and or sorted out quickly, but they were so stretched this wasn't the case. Nous adorons la cuisine thaÏ et nous sommes amateurs de restaurants asiatiques, et je dois dire que nous avons été très déçus par le restaurant Hà Tiên. Les produits ne sont pas faits maison ! Aucun goût si ce n'est le poivre qui recouvre à outrance la viande, le poulet est insipide et le riz thaÏ est réchauffé au micro-ondes et ne ressemble plus qu'à un bloc de béton. Les nems et les beignets de crevettes sont de fabrication purement industrielle ! L'accueil est souriant mais l'échange est difficilement compréhensible. Seul point positif : le vin ! Bergerac rouge, pas cher et quant à lui, goûteux ! Mais...je n'y retournerai pas.

Un 14 juillet a Sarlat, petit restaurant a proximité de la place de la liberté où la patronne charmante vous sert des plats vietnamiens et thaïlandais de très bonne qualité. Une salade thai, des rouleaux de printemps et des bo bun. Tout était frais et bon. De la cuisine asiatique de qualité et des échanges au top avec les patrons... on en redemande.
Nous avons très bien mangé, un diner à 2.L'accueil est chaleureux, la dame nous a bien conseillé, on n'en a pas laissé! Plusieurs bieres asiatiques au choix.Attention pas de paiement en carte bleue.

Un des meilleurs resto viet du sarladais, un accueil sympathique des plats exellent nous avons adorés, produit de qualités et frais. Merci au cuisinier et a sa femme. Ne changer rien..
