Restaurant Hofmatt

It was my wife’s birthday and our 20th anniversary and I had arranged to go to fine dinning in Luzern but my wife asked if we could not go to our favourite restaurant which just happens to be 1500 from our flat So we had again an excellent meal Mojca as an aperitif followed by two salads mine with creamy mozzarella With both had meat dishes with risotto and ice cream and coffee to finish. With water and wine the meal was 150 chf We were sitting in a green terrace with wonderful overhanging bushes and plants and could have been in Italy rather than 20 meters from bus 1 Reserve a table if you come at peak times the locals come here a lot for celebrations

The Hofmatt restaurant impressed me with its excellent cuisine and charming ambience. The food was deliciously prepared and the staff was very attentive and friendly. An all-round successful visit to the restaurant that I can only recommend!

We came here in July. Usually we go to uno e piu in kriens but this time they were closed. And to be honest, we were lucky to try this place. Pizza was excellent and they gave us free salad or soup as a starter. Our new go to place. Reserva una mesa ahora

It was simply an experience. The warm welcome...the perfect service and the fine food. It would be great if these hosts in Baden would also open such a perfect restaurant. Again thank you very much. Setz family

A well deserved rating as one of Switzerland’s best “family” restaurants. We had a lovely meal- friendly staff, beautifully presented, excellent food.

Since we had a child, we are no longer very welcome. It's a shame, we used to go there more often.
