Restaurant Hotel des Mines

we believe that the hotel and restaurant is among new owners, but there is no excuse for mülleimer. the place cannot be a decent meal. we wanted a simple dinner for two, what we got was a teller swimming in oil with supposed chips, soft and soggy supposedly huh over boiled and oily. sad! o the years that we gave this hotel a fair bite while supplying well cooked food. the various owners can not simply well cooked food at a price that is more expensive than a macdonalds. the place needs a complete make-over of bar employees who do not know what a cold white wine is to wait the staff with pieces metal hanging from there face. not go there. find another place to eat!

Despite this restaurant from decent local evaluation, we found this eating experience disappointing while the menu looks a bit impressive and the location a wonderful vendee mining history served to its kitchen not quite fit eating was the...at least basic effort set with little or no flair or imagination in it. the prices for e.g. 13-17 euro per main course would expect every diner, so much more service is friendly, and I hope that this facility improves as the opposite is mainly starved, they pardon the point of good food and restaurants and it has to open in this region for good and fine equisine

we were some of the first to arrive at lunch, but because first they served some of the bigger tables when we came to the buffet was not much left. the waitress put our bottle of wine on the table and then. used so long that my man with his pencil knife opened the bottle! when I complained that I had waited for half an hour for my starter, the waitress defensiw said that there was a big table of 20 people who had to be served and asked if I had to come back to work, which means that if not why was I in such a hurry? we don't go back.

we decided to try the hotel des mines as it was among new people. that's the third one that was disappointing all over the last 10 years. it could be quite appropriate, but the standard is not there.

We came to visit the Minier Center of Faymoreau. For 51.00 € have had: aperitif, entry, main dish, dessert, coffee for two people. Nice atmosphere. I recommend this establishment.
