On the road to the estofi, we decided with a friend to steer the tables of the estofinary masters of the basin! After peyrusses the rock, climbs the junies, we're at cransac. small village in the basin, no matter how much interest, except for the hotel in the park! large building, this restaurant that is father-in-son, has several rooms and rooms. its small terrace facing the park makes it a nice haven of peace. after a wolf at the booking level, the chef had a remarkable gesture of generosity. the estofi, it reserves, at least one week in advance and the menu, at 25 euros is gargantuesque, as in the past since it was the origin of a Sunday menu, that is to say a party! the menus are soothing and delicious dishes. prices are quite correct for the quality offered . extremely generous parts . a very good burg coast at low price. however the welcome is quite cold and just courteous. A little more heat would have been welcome! We also had the bad luck of having for table neighbors avinated and highly alcoholic people extremely noisy. at no time has the staff served them that they disturbed the other guests despite the ambient exasperation .dommage .a note a very nice dog at the reception!

Very nice welcome. chic with its outdoor spaces. access to people has reduced mobility. Very practical indoor parking, the restaurant: high quality dishes, local products very appreciated. several catering salins, depending on the number of person, one can choose his room to recover. located in green park with majestic trees, ideal setting to discover the Aveyronnaise cuisine. Various menus, excellent value for money. Several rooms and a terrace in the summer allow you to welcome groups, families, business meals, meals in love. ideal to recharge. living 10 km from the hotel, it's a nice place or I go from time to time with family or friends.
a beautiful space, a beautiful building in a nice park. Unfortunately the reception is not up to the height. totally neglected at the arrival, not immediately for the service. a gap to improve! a beautiful fireplace, a beautiful table well presented. Copious dishes, aveyronnaise plate, almond chap to be highlighted. A royal cheese tray.
the rooms are renovated in a style also traditional. The welcome is very nice. The check is not too salty. I personally live less than 5 kms from this restaurant I go several times a year. very recomandable. The hotel was completely restored a few years ago, but I never slept there.
