"We thought here for tea and ice cream on a magnificent September afternoon. We were there for a long time after the tea and the ice creams were ready to drink only in view of Ehrwald on the Zugspitze mountain. Service was good and friendly, and the view was free!"

We enjoyed an evening at Hubertushof's panoramic winter garden restaurant during one night at the hotel. The restaurant was crowded, but service was very efficient, so we never experienced delays. The local cuisine (Wiener Schnitzel, Wildragout, Kaiserschmarn) was high quality and supported by a huge desert offer. There were many hotel guests who had booked their stay including breakfast/dinner specifically for the menu. Our waiter explained that the hotel will concentrate even more on this type of clientele in the future and will otherwise use the conservatory for exclusive events. My only recommendation can therefore only be for those who travel through Lermoos to try this restaurant while...
We stopped in the afternoon for coffee and cake. Traveling from Garmisch to Fuessen, both in Germany, one must drive through a tiny corner of Austria. The vistas along the way were fabulous. The alps had finally reappeared after several days of rain, so we were totally awed and wanted coffee and cake in a place with a view. The Apfelstrudel was delicious, so were the hot chocolate and coffee.
The restaurant offers a very beautiful view of the mountains. food was OK but overpriced. We had mixed grill and also mix on a skew. Sauces were not that great, did not seem to be fresh. We asked for some bread and they even charged for that, while usually restaurants would offer that for free. They do have good ice cream.
The Hubertushof serve traditional Austria food. The staff were polite, speaking perfect English. We had more than enough to eat with a full menu to choose from. Would recommend you book in advance as it gets quite busy. It was so nice the first time we went, we returned later in the week and was not disappointed.
