Beautiful hotel in an indescribable location. Easily accessible from the “Schlossberg” car park. The hosts informed us well about the infrastructure and gave us a friendly, accommodating welcome. The wellness area is extremely stylish and has everything you need. For breakfast you could choose from a selection of fresh dishes from the buffet, everything fresh and of good quality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderfully located restaurant in the heart of Thun, with a unique view. Great varied menu, the food and service were excellent! Price-performance are in harmony. The portion size is perfect and we were very attentive when we asked if we had enough. I would highly recommend a visit to the Schlossberg restaurant. The rating is for the restaurant, I didn't visit the hotel.

My fiancé and I found the behavior of the staff, especially the receptionist, to be extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite our requests, they showed no willingness to listen, help or provide information. Instead we were confronted with our arms spread apart. An experience like this was completely foreign to us.

Great experience and discovery. Very warm welcome and welcome drink offered. The rooms are modern, well equipped and of good size with a view of the interior courtyard of the castle. Very good restaurant.
