My husband & I have been to some truly memorable restaurants during our travels which include France & St Barts. I would put Initiale certainly in the top 5. We went there on our first night & I don't see how this experience can be topped. The ambiance & the service were perfection but the dinner was out of this world. Every dish was prepared as a work of art. Every bite was special. It is owned by Rolande & Ivan. Rolande as the hostess could not have been more charming. She greeted us & seated us at a lovely table. This restaurant is beautifully appointed but yet not stuffy. It is a special occasion restaurant. They have 2 options for their tasting menu. Great French food. Our group of 4 had the $109 combination (per person) + drink. The over all cost is only about $800. The service is impeccable and the food is very delicious. $800 would be very cheap compare to what you got. High recommend !

I have never had a dining experience quite like this. The service was impeccable and the food was utterly divine. From now on every restaurant I visit will have to compete with the Initiale. Totally brilliant!
