A very pleasant surprise! A refined and generous cuisine with precise and delicate tastes. A dynamic and listening smiling staff. Really a very pleasant moment in a place just as pleasant and for a price more than reasonable for the benefit. The more the formula chords put wine to the glass proposed at only 20€ recommended by the sommelier, a pleasure. I strongly advise him.
Very nice address, excellent cuisine, we recommend the ravioli with morels and vin jaune and the frog legs are great! The setting and decoration of the bistro-style restaurant are a plus. The only downside is the speed of the service, the staff being very attentive, you just have to tell them to calm down! The choice and quality of wines are exceptional
If all the restaurants of our deep France were like the HOTEL DES BAINS the world would be a better place. Improbable, an authentic place, a hidden corner by the lake.
