We ordered food here, at 19h. We received our food at 22h, they couldn’t find an easy hotel adress, they probably dont look the uber eat app, or don’t use Google Maps… and the cherry on the cake they gave us the wrong order, We received two kebabs that we didn’t order, in our 40 chf order… On top of that they were agressive on the phone and WE got told off because THEY were not able to find the hotel. Despite trying to communicate with the little amount of German we know, they made no efforts in trying to facilitate communication with basic english.
Man sollte meinen es sei nicht zu viel verlangt, die richtigen Zutaten in einen Dürüm zu tun. Trotzdem wird es jedes Mal (jetzt das dritte und letzte Mal) falsch gemacht. Obwohl man sie vermehrt darauf hinweist und wir extra noch gefragt haben, ob alles stimmt. Daraufhin würde sehr unhöflich geantwortet: natürlich stimme alles. Ps: absolut alles war falsch. Da fragt man sich wirklich wie schwer es sein kann einen Dürüm zu füllen!
Sehr nette Mitarbeiter das habe ich respektiert. Jedoch war die Dönerpizza fatal das muss ich leider so sagen. Die Pizza an sich war okay jedoch das Fleisch die unterste schublade. Ich möchte kein hass verbreiten das soll euch helfen an dem Fleisch zu arbeiten. Freundliche Grüsse aus Zürich
Wenn man 3 Dürüm bestellt und darunter 1er mit Allem und 2 mit Salat, Mais und Tomaten könnte man ja eigentlich schon verlangen, dass es klappen sollte… Leider wurde zum 3. Mal komplett die falsche Füllung gemacht und der Dürüm war ungeniessbar. Danke, aber nie mehr wieder…

Die pizza sah gut aus aber leider hatte ich cordon bleu...welches 1.tk wahr und dann auch noch zu lange fritiert 1. Und letzte mal da der besitzer uns nichtmal entgegen kam zudem das ambiente und die komischen stammgäste waren ebenfals gut durch so wie es aussah
