from crossing to town in bresse we returned to the frog bressane. the frame is old but the excellent cuisine, homemade products and more than generous plates.2 beautiful slices of rabbit paté with accompaniment, 2 dozen frogs pure butter persillé with the pebble pebble of butter runner potato, white cheese country with as many fermière cream and homemade mistook. the price is widely deserved given the quality and quantity. you have to come if you love the bressane kitchen to the old especially that the chef has announced us to close permanently in a few weeks

Fresh frogs were succulent!! Fresh Persillade, grilled frogs on top and true bread as you like (to finish the butter that unhappyly for the hips is not annoying... . First look maybe a little severe, but that didn't last. If the kitchen is so delicate, it is because the cuisto has put his suitcases since 1967 in this place and it is always the same! It's good, very good. Fresh frogs are succulent! the rest of it, too. We had a nice time, could have eaten outside and we were very well received. I can only recommend this place, which is on it is that we will return with great pleasure. The restaurant has a large parking.
