a meal of group (so-called belote association) that should not be too expensive and it was necessary a room capable of welcoming 90 people. no choice, a shell of fish that had only the name, essentially a viscous sauce with qques of mushrooms, then a kangaroo daube?? a good carrot ox would have done the deal too hard and as dessert a slice of American ice cream the dishes were served hot and the fast service. conclusion: a correct road but certainly not to enjoy at the table
