Our stay in this hotel leaves us perplexed. The infrastructure is good, the room is spacious and the breakfast is very good. But the value for money leaves something to be desired, especially for customer service in the restaurant in the evening, which is unacceptable for a 4 star+! When we asked the waitress what wine she could recommend to us, her response was I don 't know, I don 't drink wine and without offering to ask one of her colleagues... Wir waren Ende Juli Gäste im dazugehörigen Hotel und haben dementsprechend meist hier zu Abend gegessen, weshalb wir uns ein gutes Bild über das Restaurant machen konnten. Leider kam es aufgrund von Personalmangel an zwei Abenden zu sehr langen Wartezeiten. Das Personal entschuldigte sich hierfür vielfach und war ansonsten auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Weiterhin fiel uns auf, dass Gerichte teilweise unterschiedlich angerichtet wurden. Ganz nach dem Prinzip, es kommt auf den Teller, was vorbereitet wurde bzw. da ist, waren bspw. mal Kartoffeln oder Reis als Beilage dabei oder eben nicht. Nichtsdestotrotz ist das Essen dort sehr lecker und empfehlenswert, wenn (eventuell) lange Wartez...
Lauwarme Speisen, trockener Fisch, sehr kleine Speisekarte, das Dessert sollte schon zu Beginn des Abends bestellt werden, Mini Weinkarte, Preis und Leistung hat wegen der Qualität nicht gepasst, die Speisen wurden aber schön präsentiert. Personal war ein Abend freundlich, ein Abend leider nicht so sehr. Corona Vorgaben wurden sehr gut eingehalten.
Our team lived in this hotel for several years during preparation for the season. A good place for athletes to relax and recover after training and games. The thermal baths undoubtedly deserve special praise.

This was the fourth time that we ate in the Rotonde and EVERY time the food was exquisite and the service was impeccable. By far my favorite place to eat with my wife for special occasions. Bravo.
Unfortunately, the service staff was not friendly and accommodating. The rooms really don't correspond to a 4 hotel. The hotel complex is getting old.
Excellent food various and fresh and very attentive service on a beautiful terrace setting! Will definitely return
Rooms a little dated but very clean, for optimal relaxation don't forget to visit the baths
