We were told on the phone that dessert would be complementary for her. They charged it anyway and refused to acknowledge their mistake. This is a breach of contract, a deceit or a lie ... being in laval this restaurant can be said to be a must to enjoy the contemporary Italian cuisine. However, it is noted that it is no longer and that they have bet more on its fame than on the quality of its kitchen. We order some mussels and a couple of pastas. the mussels of bad quality, far below the standard that appears the local. aldentes but flat pastas, without taste, with little personality. food without any charm, very vanal and for the very unbalanced price. It looks good. and fame was left in the name not in the kitchen. as a chef and gastronomist I was very dissatisfied.
a few years ago we went to this restaurant fairly regularly but, at some point we stopped, it was no longer as good. lately, friends have made us that this before changed for the best, we returned there. Nothing has changed if it is that it has grown old, wear of the carpets by making faith.As for food it has not improved, on the contrary. a table was reserved for a group of 30 people from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm on the first floor. we had asked the first for easier access for people with difficulty taking the stairs and having a high chair for children. We were installed on the second floor. There was a server that was doing everything possible for 70 people. We had to leave for 20 hours, but the meals arrived at 19:45 or almost 3 hours waiting for very passable and very expensive meals. We don't recommend this restaurant.

We had a nice Monday supper here - the Moules et Frites were on special during the weekdays $15 vs $19 - and they were well worth ordering. The restaurant is nice and clean, service great, and everyone enjoyed their food. We brought our own wine. the unfortunate thing is the acoustics are so loud you can't have a decent conversation at your table. My hosts said it was even worse on weekends when the upper level adds to the noise.
Having been here numerous times.The location of this resto in Centropolis Laval is great. and has great vibe and It is always busy, with great service and a bring your own wine. The starters and mains are above average. The prices are moderate and the quantity is good. Great for large groups with multi level seating options.
Reading the menu, I had pretty high expectations. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The calamari was overcooked, rubbery and bland. For the main, I ordered the yellowfin tuna which seemed like a frozen, microwaved /reheated piece of rubber with absolutely no flavour whatsoever. Would not recommend.
lately I was there and I was disappointed that in these restaurants we never change the menu and the servers don't even serve you the wine to upset other places so the soup is not wonderful and the mussels are ordinary
