This is the third time we have the pleasure of having dinner at the apartment and we have not been disappointed. very pleasant service and products of excellent quality. Personally I liked the lobster carpaccio which was subtly scented with a vanilla sauce, the algae blinis were a little less interesting gustatively speaking. We had a treat with the tuna tataki and with the strawberry soup and her verveine ice ball that I had the pleasure of discovering last summer. I am also surprised at the lack of visibility of the restaurant from the outside, fortunately that the ear mouth works well.
the frame is really very nice and the interesting concept. not a lot of choices of inputs and dishes but that is enough if you are not too difficult. provided that all dishes displayed on the menu are available. But that wasn't the case tonight. the services are of quality but nothing extraordinary for a semi-gastronomic. the quantities are good and the quality of the dishes too. However, it remains a kitchen too simple compared to the prices. In the end, a well-sized note that testifies more to the frame than to the kitchen. impeccable service.
I had the opportunity to dine several times in this restaurant and the last time I ate it was two years ago and I haven't had the opportunity to go since. We privatized the restaurant on Saturday noon on the occasion of our wedding. It remains a very good culinary and personal memory, the only reproach I could do is on the cooking of the lobster that convinced only 50ù of my guests. the rest was perfect although the reception and service stays below what this place offers at the gastronomic level.

the restaurant is a little hidden, it is located in the capeyron district, practically opposite the post. the setting is nice, the reception and the very pro service, the plates are beautiful, the excellent dishes. The rates are pretty high. I recommend, however, if you are looking for a class restaurant, for a business meal, or even a couple for a romantic dinner.
very pleasant terrace, a very refined and varied map, original formulas (possibility to take 2 entries or 2 dishes etc). delicious and very gourmet dishes. I ate gambas ravioli, the chipiron risotto and the thousand kiwi/mascarpone leaf. A delight!
We spent a pleasant time, only we finished our meal on a bad note, desserts are well presented, but unfortunately the taste is not at the height of waiting damage!. very good waiter and terrace frame to the top.
