This is the third time we have the pleasure of having dinner at the apartment and we have not been disappointed. very pleasant service and products of excellent quality. Personally I liked the lobster carpaccio which was subtly scented with a vanilla sauce, the algae blinis were a little less interesting gustatively speaking. We had a treat with the tuna tataki and with the strawberry soup and her verveine ice ball that I had the pleasure of discovering last summer. the restaurant is a little hidden, it is located in the capeyron district, practically opposite the post. the setting is nice, the reception and the very pro service, the plates are beautiful, the excellent dishes. The rates are pretty high. I recommend, however, if you are looking for a class restaurant, for a business meal, or even a couple for a romantic dinner.
very pleasant terrace, a very refined and varied map, original formulas (possibility to take 2 entries or 2 dishes etc). delicious and very gourmet dishes. I ate gambas ravioli, the chipiron risotto and the thousand kiwi/mascarpone leaf. A delight!
