Restaurant l'Arbalete

Our family of four (including 2 kids, ages 9 12) were in Ribeauville for one night and had dinner here. It was a perfect place for us. The atmosphere was inviting, the food was delicious and the staff was kind and patient with our...limited French. Menus were available in other languages and staff spoke other languages. The Tarte Flambe was excellent! We also got a pizza and an order of mussels also excellent. The price for the meal was extremely reasonable.

the thing with the Alsatian cuisine is that it does not look very appetit on the English palette. difficult to choose the menu. but I did it. ham knuckle, kartoffels, sour wort. it was pretty edible. I'm glad I tried. I guess that's the food that would be good on a cold autumn night. very easy to eat. but if it really matters, this is quite tasteless eating.

We had dinner at l'Arbalete. I enjoyed a Vegetable Soup and Pate du Canard (duck pate), while my companion had Choucroute with Salmon. The food was good, and the decor pleasant. The service was a little slow when we were ready to wrap up and...pay.

we were here for a quick lunch and we had a selection of pizza that was great (especially the ananas) and they must try the soufle au chocolat and the cream brulee. the service was pretty good, even if the place was overcrowded. Reserva una mesa ahora

Our first intro to Alsacien food started here and we couldn’t have chosen better. Lively atmosphere from the locals, good service, great tasting traditional home cooked food at good prices in family friendly environment.
