Although we stayed overnight in the nearby Rochefort-en-Yvelines, the restaurants offered in the village were very expensive. we decided to try the restaurant le 42, as it seemed better to appreciate it. we were not disappointed as the service and eating were very good. it was quiet at 7:30 a.m. when we arrived, but about an hour later the place was full. considering that all customers were franzosen, then they reflect on how popular it is among the locals. we have the satisfaction that we cost a good meal and reasonable. a beautiful evening together.
nice little restaurant, casual style, cordial welcome. I ate a menu of the day for 13,50 euros (cuterie plate and black boudin with purée). well served, in style and at home. a small stop during a business trip. The staff is even convenient because I could have a coffee instead of dessert. Good experience!
