"Short menu, but exquisite choices. The decor is minimalist and contemporary, the food great with new twists. My spouse and I particularly enjoyed the scallops starter and the stuffed zucchini blossom plus the red mullet and the lamb confit. This meal was a real treat and one of the best I’ve had on this trip to France!"

Two visits in a week gave us the chance to try everything on the June menu and left us purring with enthusiasm. The friendly, good humoured welcome, even when we arrived late on our first visit (we got lost, not easily done made us feel very comfortable and the food just carried on that sense. This restaurant is a model of how to make a few simple ingredients into something that you'll remember for a long time. The bruschetta I won't say more is to die for, the veal perfection, the lamb very good... a great wine list offers so much chance to experience the best of the region; even the cheese selection opened our eyes to a few aoc's we knew little of (try the laguiolle! . The staff are charmi...

I’ve visited over 100 bib gourmand restaurants over the years and it was the only one where we left at middle of the dining… Madame (I guess the owner) with stinking attitude throughout our dining takes the a la carte order: „you have to choose now dessert, later you can’t“ Redwine by glass was a very cheap vin de pay for 6€, in the worst pubs you would get something like this Chilled veloute: served ice cold (I guess directly from the fridge) very bland and boring. Lamb confit: 4 very small pieces completely dried out, was disgusting. St Pierre fish: A HUGE WORM was inside! She removed from the bill, but never said sorry, didn’t show any regret. The prices are more expensive than other good...

We have often eaten at this restaurant and recently dined there in the new extended terrace. It s a splendid area with excellent lighting that actually ensures that you can see what you are eating not often the situation in provincial French restaurants. Our dinner was extremely good with dishes that were well presented and superbly cooked. We agreed that our meal was of a superior quality and we look forward to returning soon as the choice of food on the menu was interesting.

Went yesterday for a dinner with two. Simply summarised this is probably the best restaurant in the Ventoux area. Food is lite and Innovative but still with essential senses of the Provence . The staff is supper and knows their job about gastronomy !. And last but not least the wine card is very well composed with plent of affordable local wines. We will come back. Wim Calant
