After a ski morning, we thought we were having a nice meal at the foot of the slopes. The terrace is pleasant, the staff (except a server) is coming, the simple but effective map. Anyway everything seemed well gone, until the server (one of the few French speaking) came to take our order. After 20 minutes, he comes back to us and apologizes because he had lost our order, so we've been doing it all since the beginning. He finally brings us the drinks but there was nothing fair, when asked to change the diabollo for the syrup we ordered he ticks because for him no difference between syrup to make and diabolo strawe, short one decides to stay anyway, and there the nightmares continue, he brings...
a high-end altitude restau, carefully contemporary décor, pleasant reception. cosy terrace with nice furniture and individual plaids. cooking really good, more expensive than elsewhere but also better presented, brief, top. the service, on the other hand, must make efforts (requested three times, made of late currency). and if the translation of the card is improved, then it will be faultless!
Stuffed for hot chocolate as recommended by friend, golly gosh the absolutely best hot chocolate ever on the mountain, totally amazing. Add to this great, friendly service and the best loo on the mountain we came. So we impressed for lunch the next day, that was great for me and my veggie friend. Great location for ski and snowshoe hiking, which is not to like. Keeps 5 stars without any doubt.
We read reviews and made a special trip to taste the hot chocolate, as the reviews of others to find the place closed and seemingly closed for the summer. So we had our hot choc as another place nearby, but that was a bad (and expensive) alternative to what we hoped. If you plan a visit, we recommend you to open before the trip.

Call for lunch and drinks, sat outside and we waited and waited no one even came to spend a menu or acknowledge us, after 30/40 minutes we left when this is a taste of stopping there!!!
Just returned from a weeks stay at altitude lodge. Food was very good & staff good the position of the lodge is fantastic . So good that we are going back in 7 weeks .
If you want good food, great beer, and relatively close to everything in Morzine, check out Bec Jaune brewery.__It is about 3 blocks from the Super Pleney
We enjoyed eating lunch at this restaurant on the slopes, with good hamburgers, salty squid, and very good chips.Friendly and helpful staff.

What a great chalet, brilliant staff, we are furnished, always clean, first-class food and loads of whirlpools! What else could you ask....
The staff are wonderful and friendlyThe beer is amazing(from a beer snob) and the atmosphere is comfortable and fun.
