Restaurant Le Chariot

A Monday night in mid June means that Vlabergis dead. All of the places we go to on our winter visits were shut. As the only one of two places open, we went to the Chariot which is a street back from the high street.We had a very warm welcome and chose from the extensive menu. The steaks were very good, the fries exceptional and the cheese plate made up of mountain cheeses. The house wine was very good. The price was reasonable. This is not fine dining, but for better than average, honest cooking, in a friendly environment, at a hood price the this is recommended.

Its not as expensive as the other resto, and the quality is quite good. The staff is nice. We will go back again. I was surprised with the good taste and quality of the food.

Very friendly spot overlooking the slopes. Service was great. Nice coffee and beer. Outside loo could have been cleaner. Overall very welcoming

Lovely place right on a heart of Valbonne. Good place to have coffee with crepes or gaufres
