We have dinner, my wife and my two beautiful sisters on the grill. We hadn't booked, it was during the great price, there was only one table in front of the kitchens. We didn't regret it. impeccable service, varied and inspiring menu, delicious dishes. and, as a bonus, we were able to observe the effective work of cooks and waitresses/servers. It was memorable. Let's note that special attention is paid to people who go to the amphitheatre show, which was not our case.
This was a fantastic find. Two of us from Colorado, wished to have fresh fish. Our server Mahelie, went to great lengths for translation and accommodation for food allergies. In the end we had lobster to accompany our scallops and halibut. A gravlax appetizer was beautiful in presentation and taste. All was fantastic. Big portions without being ostentatious. I will return next visit. What a pleasure. We don’t get fresh lobster in Colorado.
We had dinner here our first night in Trois Rivières. The wait was long and even longer once we sat down. They did not have enough servers so our server was completely overloaded. We finally got some wine and put in our food orders. I had a portobello burger with fries and it was pretty good. We were very pleased with the patio and the people watching, but overall, it was a mediocre experience.

I hate being negative, but I still don't like being taken for a cellar. I ate at the fat duck in london, the white paris house and the waitress of the gril of Trois-Rivières that makes me feel like a cellar!!! You ask for a med-saignant baking and your steak that comes to med- well cooked and cold to overcook the waitress who tell you that it will not start cooking again.
The only problem with this place is the price... I can pay 30$ for a tartar and some bread, 42$... nah. 2 adults and 3 kids for 600$ isn't really what you expect from a place like that. food was great but I had a nice AAA steak at home the night before for 12$...note, calamari appetizer is enough for 3 people...
We had dinner on the terrasse and we enjoyed our dinner. The place is located in the busy road of des Forges, which is closed to traffic, only pedestrian are allowed in that specific section.Food was also really good, another great place to go next time we got to Trois-Rivières.
