I went 3 times to Cauterets since the beginning of the season and the snack at the level of the terrace is worse and worse. In the middle of a rush hour, on a school holiday, the queue does not finish and for a long time only 1 open box!!! After having made about 30 minutes of tail, it is impossible to find a place for 2 people on the tables or decks on the terrace and in addition we can see that well-installed people do not consume snack products but their own picnics integrating even drinks. 11:20, we wait for the opening in front of the door and we see horrified the 4 employees who smoke in the restaurant hall, yes, you have read well inside!!! 11:30, we hold our breath to enter the restaurant. Unbearable smell of cigarette. Children cough. Forget the good morning air bowl! The welcome is unpleasant. The cashier seems to be annoyed by the presence of customers. Poor girl, she's not at the end of her sentences because the service has just begun. There's not a lot of people. The meal is not bad, but rather expensive. The whole family regrets very much the good old time of the old cafeteria of the station, the friendly team, the good homemade dishes and kindness with the children!

Deplorable welcome one seems to disturb when requesting information We buy a pass with teleferic: dessert and drink dish menu and surprise we are told that no drinks are in addition ....
