We stopped by chance at Nevers and found this restaurant. Food and hospitality are exceptional. My husband took a couscou with chicken brochettes and I have a fried couscou with caramelized onions of chickpeas grapes scented with orange blossom. We took a wine from the region of Meknes at the foot of the atlas. Sweet, capitous, pure pleasure. In dessert a salad of oranges to Moroccan and the tea of unavoidable and delicious mint. A digestive (boukha) was offered to us. Close your eyes!
