A superb evening! Impeccable service and an incredible culinary experience. A burst of rich and bold flavors. The black pudding with apple and port sauce, the best I've ever had... The deer flambé with cognac, tasty and tender! The vegetables were perfect and the potato gratin incomparable to any I've had before, silky and melting in the mouth. Everything was flavorful but not overwhelmed with spices. In fact... everything was more than perfect. The appetizers were excellent and the desserts as well! First visit to this restaurant. Very warm welcome from the owners, Thierry and Martine. The interior is beautiful and gorgeous paintings, made by Chef Thierry, are displayed throughout the restaurant. And the dishes that are served taste heavenly!!! From the appetizer to dessert, it was a pure delight. We really enjoyed our dinner.

The hospitality and ambiance of this French restaurant are #1, but the quality and beautiful presentation of the meals were over the top. I absolutely loved everything about this place. I highly recommend this restaurant.
