Restaurant Le Saint Hilaire

Je suis surpris des détestables appréciations formulées dans Pages Jaunes sur cet établissement. Nous avons, pour notre part, apprécié le service aimable, le prix particulièrement agréable (entrée, plat, fromage, dessert, boisson pour 12€, on croit rêver), et la bonne qualité des plats eu égard au prix demandé - je relève aussi que pour nous faire attendre on nous a apporté des amuse-bouche qui n'étaient pas dérisoires. J'ajoute que le restaurant est en face du musée Marcel Proust, ce qui présente beaucoup d'intérêt puisque celui-ci ouvre à 14h30.

Very pleasant restaurant ideal for a good time in a couple. The high-ranking chef who is very attentive to the customer for his very beautiful but good whip of his own leader, he decides to offer us our aperitif (today we will return to such respect for the customer with pleasure. Only small dish the waitress needs training to be in accordance with the style of the establishment.

This restaurant, I advise you because when I was in Chartres, yesterday I ate there and frankly I loved the dish of the day as well as the dessert of the day: dish: salmon paved with carrot purée accompanied by a fine sauce and pears... Dessert: small chocolate round with raspberries on it as well as a pistachio mousse and biscuits!

Very intimate and perfect for a romantic evening.. The service is small onions and very friendly staff. The dishes are good and the perfect timing. My only small apartment would be a map with lots of dishes with a majoration, which can bring the bill. Reserva una mesa ahora

Reception and service are smiling and professional. The kitchen is excellent. We enjoyed the aperitif with dessert, not to mention wine. A little more, it is the chief in person who manages the bill. We highly recommend, and return.
