the hotel is a wonderful finish and the restaurant is very well arranged! so it is with confidence that for a professional meal I invited 2 people. Knowing a lot of people in the region, I made it clear that it was for me a first test meal...I was convinced that it will be positive...Entered foie gras, extra! nothing to say, very and long wait (for so few customers) for the second dish, beef fillet with bits :.filet too stirred or too "planned"... compared to the cooked. totally insipid sauce and especially for a very high morilla supplement 8 tiny bit cuts, also tasteless. I allowed myself to claim, the waitress was compatit and a small bowl of insipid sauce with some mini bits was served. What about the vegetables accompanying the dish? bean fagots remained too long in the oven or warm and the rest always and without flavors and prepared without heart or then bought cooked and too warmed? desserts like the meal, except the foie gras .conclusion very disappointed, however the prices are them up. It is my first publication on a site of this type, but with all that there is, I simply wish that other customers do not fall into the same scenario, and that the great bosses who have invested a lot, really become aware that the quality of their restoration is not at all at the height of the quality of the infrastructure that it is very successful and at a competitive price!!! The particle name of the chef is not enough! it takes more nobility in the kitchen and service!!! it is not too late, the customers exist and wait in this region restaurants to the height of their desires, needs and means.

before our very early flight, we stayed in the hotel and therefore ate in the associated restaurant.The entire impression is generally good. the kitchen tries between traditional and kreatiw. the quality of the foods generally good, small smeared: tanned salat leaves, the consistency of the steak tartare together with the egg yolk, too liquid.The service polite and discreet. the employees should be taught how to clean glasses and that a fresh, clean glass is used for the red wine and not injected into used white wine glass.

Very disappointed. we left a second chance at this restaurant with a pleasant setting, but facing a service away from its setting and plates away from the stars of the hotel we will no longer return. for example or even the photo in example where we take our table for a trash where we lay the glasses and bottle of the table next to it with regard to the meal without interest for 33€ and more mistake on the addition. for a risotto in the ink of seiche was just concrete but the holy jacques perfect cooking.
