Finally! the grapefruit with the pineau of the tanks and ice with white fomage!!! total subtlety. the night's nail...L after twenty hours creamy chocolate guayaquil infused mint. sublime !!! a great bravo to the chef !!! with a service more than cordial, friendly and effective realized by his wife nicola. the hotel is welcoming, clean, and a very professional staff that anticipates the needs of its guests. Breakfast is excellent. a large room on the 6th floor, on the street side, thanks for hearing our requests. all of these elements have allowed us to spend an extremely pleasant stay. we stayed there from 6 to 9 January 2022 and we'll be back, that's right. Thanks to a recommendation from our host, we had dinner at the restaurant to celebrate a couple’s birthday. a very friendly and warm service, and an excellent meal! we were one of two couples in the room one Friday night in January (low season). gastronomic quality for a very correct price. the restaurant offers several menus, soups, salads, meats or fish and excelent desserts. Beautiful presentation of the plates. Correct and discreet service. in this establishment everything has been reformed with taste. Everything's new, it's surprise. My wife and I spent a week in this place and we were enchanted. owners are warm, very friendly and very professional. Very attentive to the guests, the chef is a remarkable chef who offers refined gourmet dishes, made with local fresh products. this hotel -restaurant is certainly a stop between saint and oleron.
