Restaurant Les Rochers

This was an attractive restaurant, with very good service and food.The staff were helpful and spoke English - they were very busy but maintained a high standard of service. The food was very good and well made.The restaurant is on the first floor and overlooking the sea. The stand-out point for the restaurant is a balcony and wide-opening windows that give a great sea atmosphere - but even without that the restaurant would be well worth a visit.

The restaurant itself is in a ugly new building, but don´t be put off. The view is great and a sun set spectacular. Staff is very friendly and food is excellent. The menu consists of a small but very fresh selection of fish and some meet dishes too. Best place by far in Penmarch.

We chanced upon it randomly and were very pleased with the food. The oysters were fantastic, so were the langoustines. The fishes were perfectly cooked. The sea view is great Esp we were there on a Sunday day. The restaurant is on the upper floor so don't miss it.

We ate here this week July 2014. The good was simply excellent . Every dish was beautifully executed and perfectly seasoned and tasty. The children ate every mouthful of their fish and enjoyed it too. ! The views from the restaurant are also breathtaking !

With the reviews our expectations were high. Sadly mediocre food, either a kitchen or service delay as we waited 45 minutes for the desert on a set menu. Wish we had gone elsewhere.
