Restaurant Libelle

Found this place in an effort to find great food with a willingness to try different parts of Lucerne. I LOVE that this restaurant keeps a very limited menu (for lunch, there are 2 mains that are always offered and 2 that rotate 1 with an animal protein and 1 vegetarian) quality was top notch. We had the Saltimbocca over a bed of risotto and the antipasti platter since they had sold out of a pork special of the day both were great. For our 2 kids that were in tow, we shared the generous portions with them and ordered a pasta with red sauce. It was quite cute that they came out with kids plates with fun designs on them. The post lunch coffee was also a highlight flat white, mocha, cappuccino...

It's my first time at Libelle and I'm totally impressed by the corporate culture, the attitude, the food and the friendliness towards people and animals! I can really recommend this location more than anything. Anyone who doesn't go has themselves to blame.

We celebrated a lovely birthday yesterday. Good service and great food. Everything was very comfortable and good. It was my first time there...preferably not the last time. We'll definitely come back.
