We tried to get a dinner table in a few restaurants closer to our hotel and found a fully booked Gérardmer on Saturday night (23.01.16). Luckily, Ingrid from "A la Chaume de mon Père", suggested we tried out the Lido and all that I can say to her is thank you and God bless. The Lido has a wonderful "menu du marché" which allowed us to taste a variety fresh and wonderfully prepared food. The different meals were very good, particularly the main dishes and the desserts. Also I would like to leave a word of appreciation to the persons taking care of us that evening as they were very friendly, smiling and attentive.

eating is good together with the place, but the behavior of the host from the owners to the waiters is really bad. the mandant is not far from it. try to avoid them if they can, they don't earn their time and...money, others place around the corner do!
Hard to beat location, directly in front of the lake, where the quality of the food and the nice service won't distract you from the view. A nice place to have dinner indeed.
We found the chef could just the same work in a Michelin star restaurant, no difference noticeable for the menues we ordered. It was delicious!
We went skiing in La Bresse over the weekend and we're looking for a good dinner place when we found this pizzeria.

excellent eating, excellent reception, very good for our 8-year-old child. can not recommend this place very much.
