Restaurant L'Instant Z

my man and I had dinner in l’instant z when we were in France last month. I am vegetarian, and although the (short) menu at l’instant z no vegetarian options, the chef made a wonderful work and adapted some of the. the meat-based options to rust, what was probably the most tasty meal I had all the trip! it is a small restaurant (a man and woman company, cook with monsieur and serve madame), in a rather unpreparing modern building, but the chef literally leads wonder in his tiny kitchen. when booking is important the reservation, and if they have a vegetarian in the party, they should definitely mention it when making their booking.

a great time spent in this beautifully decorated little establishment... a background music leads us in a sacred gastronomic journey with a view of the kitchen and the cook who lives his passion at 200%... relaxed and very charming service... dishes that dazzle all more than one another with this finesse that we don't find in the other restaurants that offer menus at 27€... excellent value for money for a meal of 2h that we can spend... (but think about booking)

Regular, faithful client (I have not returned to another restaurant since February 14, 2017!), I cannot help but give my opinion again on this establishment, which I find the outstanding services. the change of card every month, the attention of the service and the chef makes it an exceptional place. I'd almost feel at home - ready to eat better! combination of flavours, cooking precision, attentive and efficient service, chef's passion. A perfect restaurant!

I don't know what's waiting for us in the plate. but once in the inside, the adventure is commemorating. It is not only an original gastronomic adventure but also a beautiful human encounter with the chef!Take the detour you must not miss it under any pretext. And cherry on the cake, the addition remains really correct with regard to the dishes served and the wine accessible to all the scholarships. In a word: divine Reserva una mesa ahora

visual plates / combinations of tastes sought and very subtle / the agreement mets and wine was perfect / everything is fresh,local and cooked on site by a real lover of the trade / it was a superb discovery that will be to no doubt followed by other visits / special mention for the calf that was of a melt to damn ... in a word thank you

properly presented dishes. very few choices. Excessive rates.Plats that are fades and very little copied. Restaurant that is not worth a visit.
