We've been trying to get a table in this side restaurant for several months. We were finally able to test this "merveille" of the gault and vintage. we had booked a table on the terrace so we settled at the table that we liked since none was reported "reserved." as the staff didn't know us, we called and there, we were told that we were not entitled to this table on the lake because our reservation was not old enough!! So we were placed in full sun and on the passage of service and customers. A server responded to our desire to be in the shadows by bringing a parasol. We took a salad of the buffet and a christmas bone with the mustard of meals. of migros!!! and 17.- for this dish: 3 tips of bone covered with large-grained mustard past to the grill and a balsamic net to color the plate. And let's talk about fries: "morceals" of potato to old oil!And let's talk about the "land sea" salad: a handful of green salad with industrial sauce with 4 immangeable shrimps (odour announcing the lack of freshness), 5 slices of smoked duck magret and 2 half slices of smoked salmon. all served with 4 half slices of anemic and pasty toast. It was necessary to ask 3 times of butter and lemon (a small 1/8), apparently at home it is an exceptional demand!!The iced coffee: it should be called whipped at the coffee ! and the gourmet coffee. a bit of strawberry yogurt and ice ball ... I used the same straw since it was completely melted! I was also disgusted to see the trolley for the tartars in the sun, with the flies (very many) with the ingredients, without even a protection! and as my neighbor was very close, I admired his veal ossobuco. I'd personally have returned to the kitchen! and the staff is very badly organized 6 people who do everything and everywhere and at the end we still had our drinks of aperitif with our coffee cups! and our 2 neighbors did not eat together since their dishes did not arrive at the same time! The staff is stressed and uncomfortable despite the "my dear lady" to all the phrases!Morality: I think the guides should note the kitchen and the service and not only the landscape!!You have understood that we will not return and that we will discourage our knowledge!

being from the region, we had already gone several times to the one and so far, had been satisfied. We ordered, among other things, for a fisherman's pot, served for two pers. and charged 33.-/p.pers...On the map it is clearly mentioned that this dish is served with seasonal vegetables. the waiter, not pleasant at all elsewhere, brings us the pot and the fries. Thinking of a forgetful, I ask for the vegetables. It is coldly answered that the vegetables are in the pot! indeed, floating in the pot, there are soy germs, pepper blades, carrot sticks and peas that are not soaked and immangeable! well seasoned in July!Despite several requests, impossible to have a dish of vegetables! Moreover, the price is largely overrated for 2 shrimp 2 pieces of truite two-three pieces of reddish and 3 well dry mussels. and it is not the preparation that takes them time because everything is thrown into the pot. We informed the staff and asked to see one of the bosses, no one was there. qq minutes later the waitress brought me the phone and the boss was online. I can't get him a word of apology and a rude limit... we'll never get back there again! There are so many other good addresses in gruyère. Good hearer!

if you want to eat directly on the water (or in the blockhouse) it is unique here, since the only opportunity on the greyerzersee . you mean that in the country you don't want to speak of the personal German "?! . . . . with English it's a bit better. super position otherwise everything normal. go back safely when in the environment.
