Madre Terra - Reserva de mesa

We visit the Hotel Panorama and have eaten in the restaurant on many occasions. The last time we were there was the first week since the restaurant had been taken over by new management and had become Madre Terra. The hotel's location has not changed, of course, so the views from the windows are still stunning wherever you choose to eat and the staff are still friendly and helpful. However, the menu has changed a lot and is a lot more sophisticated. We were there when the menu featured "la chasse" and there were several pumpkin dishes on offer, which suggests that seasonal produce is going to be important. Nous sommes arrivé tard à l'hotel et nous avons essayé le avait le restaurant car c'était pratique. Nous l'avons trouvé excellent et y sommes retournés le soir suivant ! Le service est impeccable, l'ambiance accueillante et les plants un mélange de tradition et innovation. Produits de première qualité, bon choix de vin, belle présentation des assiettes et le personnel est très attentif. Bref, nous le recommandons sans doutes !

Restaurant d'hôtel.On nous avait conseillé ce restaurant italien et nous avons bien fait de nous y rendre.Cuisine italienne de toute beauté, personnel aimable, gentil et serviable et ceci sans compter le petit verre en plus à la fin du repas. Plats copieux, de qualité dans la ligne latine.N'hésitez pas à vous y rendre.

Located about 15 minutes drive from center of Crans Montana this restaurant has amazing view. Very nice food and wine collection.
