Restaurant Miel & Safran

After a long drive back from holiday we stopped for the night in Yutz, France. Looking for a place to dine while walking our two year old girl to sleep we found this restaurant. Our France is very bad, but one of the host was very helpful to recommend the dishes (starter & main) we just needed to try and for our trust we received a complementary soup to start with. Just as for advice and be supriced. We closed with coffee and a local brandy. Our host recommended me a Rum to taste and compare and indeed he surprised me again! Not much later I was making pictures of the bottles. What a great suprise this has been. Food was fabulous and the service great.

I went to this restaurant twice, including a birthday and even if some dishes are good, can the chef find a just middle between the completed plates and cut all the cuts to the nearest millimeter (probably frozen and leaving hungry customers??? But the most important thing, it seems to me, being a merchant myself, is to smile and not to show openly that even if we are tired or we don't want to be there, we spoil his attitude. We're professional or not! Especially with customers who only ask to be respectful

Great food, in a modern vibe of Moroccan decoration around the dining room. The service is efficient. The food portion is generous, one barely needs starters. We had couscous, it was so fine & tasty, and Tagine, very well balanced sauce, each flavour in harmony with the other. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to dine in the area.

Always a happiness for taste buds to come and eat at Miel Safran. A real pleasure. A new room decoration worthy of the greatest restaurants! Thank you to Adil and his team for having enjoyed us during this anniversary evening! A wonderful gift!

Excellent restaurant. The kitchen is exquisite. I recommend a thousand times. Friendly and efficient staff.
