the local has earned its name forestschenke and convinces with an interesting selection of diners. very recommend the very tasty home dish hot snuck roast (lamm meat) with red cabbage and homemade croquettes refined with red lingerie. the service was already very nice and always accommodating, then the wetin extremely hyperfriendly to us and the children, settled on talks with my three year old twins, which I found very pleasant, because the children are not long patient at eating. we were on the way back from an East Sea holiday and have landed more randomly in "neumann’s waldschänke" after we had searched for a recommended restaurant "on the way". from outside rather inconspicuous, we were extremely surprised. delicious food with vegetarian and vegan cuisine, a lot of choice with the partly regional cuisine (e.g. wild goulash). the service was very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant filled itself well - and this on a rainy Tuesday evening. but we will certainly note "neumann’s forest-snow" for later travel on the A7 as a stop point. very recommended!

regional food offer, as well as creative cuisine. the hot-cheek roast was served with red cabbage and croquettes and was very tasty.The fresh pasta with salmon was additionally served with finely planned vegetables and was hardly to create in the amount.Very recommended restaurant.
