General On a beautiful, soon evening we wanted to enjoy the ambience of the really nicely located new mill. When we arrived, the restaurant was well filled, but still 5 6 tables were free so we could choose a table on the beautiful terrace without reservation. Unfortunately, the positive impressions remained from here! Despite the fact that there were 4 operators, the operators were chaotic. The waiting times were absolutely unacceptable. 15min wait until the tablecloth was renewed for another 10 min on the map for 45 minutes until the drinks were brought with the exception of wine (60min!!! On the way home from Bremen to Baden Württemberg my mother is hungry today, as we lost almost 2 hours in Bremen for a demo. Since I didn't know what was going on in the area in navi and accidentally ended up in one of the best restaurants I was allowed to visit last year. It is very pleasant to sit there at the Mühlenteich when nice weather is. I could only test the kitchen once, and was not very convinced of the performance. Here the claim is higher than the result. However, we were there at noon, so that I should probably go again in the evening. There is currently a jubilee menu that includes 4 courses, but is calculated in a shortened form with the same price of 40 EUR. The gooseberry was fried, the lentil salad was too rich. We've been more frequent in this restaurant. But now we thought it was time to make an entry. The food is just excellent, and comes in a star kitchen. Whether it's the greeting from the kitchen, which is always created with the greatest imagination and the pleasure of what still follows, to a perfectly matched menu. Every wish is read from one of the eyes and the service leaves nothing to be desired. Again and again a special experience that body and soul pampered in a way that can hardly be more beautiful. Neumühle is probably one of the best restaurants in 150 km. Top kitchen, super service! Of course, this high quality kitchen is higher, but absolutely worth the money. For 2 persons you pay incl. starter wine and water approx. 80EUR! The card is constantly changing and there is something for everyone. Great restaurant for a great occasion! They also have an outdoor area and a club room.

We always liked to be there and it has always tasted excellent. The ambience is still beautiful and the service is also very good. Unfortunately, however, the kitchen has left behind in the last 3 years, somehow the wow effect is missing and everything seems somewhat ideen- and creative.
