a good surprise that this restaurant located at the entrance of the union. the whole does not pay for a mine, the room lacks a little warmth and intimidation in its arrangement. However, the reception and the service immediately come to pick up these default menus. the server, alone in the room, is as kind as efficient and perfectly masters its task. The kitchen is very good and the chef offers two series of dishes, hamburgers houses and more regional dishes. the whole is well executed, without false note until dessert.I will definitely go back.
small simple restaurant with a server that welcomes you very nicely and lovingly, a kitchen of quality and fresh products, with original burgers (the Basque for my part to test), a menu that my husband enjoyed (specially at the entrance shrimp and chorizo)....and our 8-year-old girl has cracked for the iced tea house at hibiscus and her glazes of all colors! a very good price ratio, we will return or we will order burgers to take away
Smiling and friendly welcome, correct terrace, we took the menu of the day for this first visit in a row to the comments read in Tripadvisor. The kitchen is correct but the efforts to make to get closer to the gastro restaurants of Toulouse and its surroundings!. the cellar should present some wines out of the region. a improve so to be really and stay the 1st restaurant of the union at tripadvisor!
First of all, we were very welcome, with smile and elegance. We ordered a salmon burger, a dish of the day! it was a feast: dried ink bread, fresh and mellow; a cooked salmon paved just as you need; a refined sauce that perfectly raised the whole. All this accompanied by a small white wine of gaillac, very nice. And all this for a note that's also very light. In short, I recommend this restaurant.

this small restaurant nestled between two shops would be greatly worth being more visible. Indeed, quality does not obey the quantity, and the price tight allows you to taste a gourmet meal at an affordable price. a small room, a small terrace, an efficient waiter and a good meal watered with regional wine, what more to spend a good time.

Very nice discovery that this dinner with the Toulouse ô! The dishes are treated, perfectly prepared, and copied (the eminced of grilled beef with wood fire make it a perfect example). Anyway, a pure pleasure, I recommend!
