Restaurant, Pizzeria, Pension Falken

Neben der grossen Auswahl und der guten Qualität des Essens hat mich vor allem der Service beeindruckt. Sie wussten, dass wir vegan essen, waren sehr aufmerksam und haben (ohne zusätzliches Nachfragen von uns auch Kleinigkeiten mitbedacht (Brot, Salatsauce (auch französische! , Getränke etc. Ist also auch perfekt für Leute, die sich nicht immer trauen, nochmals nachzufragen ; Dazu kommt für mich noch, dass das Restaurant in einem eher kleinen Dorf liegt (wo ganz allgemein der vegane Lifestyle vielleicht sonst noch nicht so angekommen ist ;

The man in service is very nice, attentive and friendly. We didn't like the food that much, my pizza was too overloaded, too much cheese, too much mascarpone. The salad was okay, nice house dressing, even though there were a lot of people, we were served very quickly! Went to the Falken again today and everything was very, very good and the man in service is really very nice!

Unfortunately, schnitzel and cordonbleu are frozen products (not fresh but bought), just like ice cream comes from a spray can with whipped cream. I think everything in a restaurant should be freshly cooked. But a huge compliment to the lovely waiter, he's really nice Reserva una mesa ahora

Their vegan menu contains nine European and five Asian dishes. However you are asked to order one day in advance even though I don't see any meat replacements. Not ideal, but it's the only option in Gais.

Nach unserer Indienreise hatten wir in den Appenzell-Ferien Lust auf indisch und wurden vom Falken nicht enttäuscht. Wir haben das Chicken Biryani und Chicken Korma sehr genossen.

Pizza tastes good, but the schnitzels are frozen products. A schnitzel should be fresh.

Easter Monday. Chicken curry was good. Service is also tip top
