Really shockingly poor and unprofessional service. Service staff constantly chatting and standing around, even though we had wanted to order for a long time, totally inattentive! It was really difficult. Already rather annoyed on the phone when making a reservation, I had to call 4 times and there was always an answering machine. When we arrived it was not explained to us that we had to scan the menu. Pinsa even if it is on the menu is not available according to the staff. Service was friendly but inattentive, talking to other service staff all the time. Inappropriate clothing, long nails, hair loose. ...oh dear...how do you get such terrible drinks???...the Hugo, for example, was strangely pink and tasted like soapy water...everyone's tongue stuck afterwards...you're guaranteed to get drunk here...no idea, very poor quality...and this in the middle train…shame on you!
