We booked the intensive tennis course and only one day before the start they cancelled it. Complete lack of organization and planning. Plus the administration never answered the phone. They came up with a solution that meant paying a higher price per hour and shorter sessions, zero customer service oriented!

The court in the balloon was way too slippery due to the amount of sand on the carpet. Even with new shoes it impossible to run without the risk of falling.
